A quick word about AI labels.
This tool creates a freshly encoded copy of your image, usually without the source file's embedded EXIF, XMP and similar metadata. It cannot guarantee removal of an “AI info” label from Instagram, Facebook or other services: those platforms make their own decisions and can use additional indicators or disclosures. This is not a detector or removal tool for invisible pixel watermarks. Keep your originals and follow applicable disclosure rules.

Will this remove the “AI info” label from Instagram or Facebook? +
Not necessarily. Re-exporting an image can leave behind embedded metadata, but social platforms independently decide how to apply AI labels. They may use other indicators, invisible watermarks or voluntary disclosures. We do not guarantee changes to labels.
Are my images uploaded or stored anywhere? +
No. File reading, image re-encoding and ZIP creation take place in your browser. This version does not send images to our servers, and it uses no tracking or external script services.
What image formats are supported? +
JPEG, PNG and still WebP are supported, up to 20 MB per file and 12 files per batch. Animated WebP is flattened to a still image. HEIC, SVG, GIF animations and videos are not supported in this version.
Is the output visually identical to the original? +
Not always. Browser re-encoding can change compression, file size, color appearance, rotation or transparent backgrounds depending on your format and browser. Always keep your original file and review the output.
Can it verify or remove all C2PA credentials or watermarks? +
No. A simple metadata scan can indicate some common file markers but cannot verify full provenance or guarantee the absence of all metadata. This tool does not identify or remove invisible pixel-level watermarks.
Will this site stay free? +
